The primary goal of the Men’s Ministry is to help men build an intimate personal relationship with God through Christ and with each other through prayers, bible studies, and fellowship. Additionally, the Men’s Ministry hosts various events throughout the year for its members.

The Women’s Ministry provides opportunities for women to fulfill their calling, and to share in the great commission Christ gave to His church. All women are automatic members of this Ministry and they dedicate their live and time in serving each other and supporting other Christian women. Liberty Ladies allows women to establish and strengthen their relationship with Jesus Christ, develop in Godly maturity and share the message of Jesus Christ with the world. The ministry is also a place where women can get equipped spiritually – a place where women learn to lead and serve as leaders, and as vessels of virtue for God’s work.

The Young Adults and Singles Ministry of Liberty Temple create a dynamic environment that promotes discipleship, fellowship, Godliness and friendship. It is designed to create a forum for young adults and singles to discuss scriptures, careers, success principles and social issues impacting their generation

• To connect young adults and singles to an authentic biblical community.
• To create a wonderful opportunity for young adults and singles to fellowship, network and form friendship.
• To live a Godly– fulfilled life.

Psalms 144:12: “May our sons flourish in their youth like well-nurtured plants. May our daughters be like graceful pillars, carved to beautify a Palace.”

This dynamic, energetic and exuberant ministry of the church comprises of young adults. This ministry strives to meet the unique spiritual, intellectual, socio-economic and psychological needs of young adults and future leaders of our church and society. This ministry works to help the youth get firmly rooted in their faith, have a growing personal relationship with Christ, and prepare them to properly integrate into adult life.

The Children’s Ministry has teachers who go through periodic training to ensure that they identify and minister to all of our precious children in a Godly manner, while helping and nurturing them to grow in their day to day walk with God. The children are encouraged to cultivate the habit of witnessing and sharing their faith with other children. They are grouped into age categories according to their normal school year to help provide appropriate teachings and ministry that meets their particular and individual needs.

Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honor the one who serves me. John 12:26

The Ushering & Protocol Ministry provides exceptional services to Liberty Temple members as well as visitors coming to worship. Ushers embrace people with God’s love, create a warm and welcoming atmosphere and ensure members feel at home, while strangers become friends and family. This ministry is also responsible for providing information to our guests. They usher he congregation into their seats, handle the collection of tithes and offerings, and administer communion during church services.

We believe praise and worship is important, primarily because the Bible commands it.  In the Book of Psalms for example, believers are repeatedly encouraged to praise and magnify the Lord. Praise invites God into every situation and when we magnify God, we invite His presence into our lives. The Praise and worship team ministers through songs with the sole aim of touching hearts and healing the broken hearted. They lead the congregation in worship before the Most High God. This ministry trains gifted singers in the word of God to serve as song ministers and dedicated worshipers. The group sings various medleys such as traditional praises to contemporary styles. Our music is dynamic and contemporary in nature and motivational enough to move you up to dance or wiggle your body to praise the Lord.

Speak to “one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord” Ephesians 5:19

The hymns we sing expose us to some of the greatest music ever written and gives our worship a sense of majesty and beauty to our Creator. It is one of the most effective medium the church uses to teach Christian doctrine. Hymns exalt and magnify the Lord Jesus Christ and help us to lift our hearts to God. Our members can testify that “Hymns are just comforting” to them. 

The Health Ministry is an essential part of the church. The ministry promotes healthy lifestyle and healing. The group consists of health professionals in diverse specialized fields who share the compassionate love and grace of Jesus Christ. Some of their functions include:

• Find opportunities to visit those who are in the hospital, or those who are home bound or living in residential care centers.
• Have the opportunity to teach about wellness and disease prevention. Healthy lifestyle choices are promoted during Health month, and cover key issues pertaining to exercises, nutrition and coping with stress.
• Through health screening, they make early detection and offer treatment when possible.
• Provide appropriate resources and advocacy to individuals and the community.

Welfare Ministry was established in 2010 to oversee and address all the socio-economic needs and wellbeing of all church members. Under the able leadership of the Ministry’s President and Pastoral Advisor, the Ministry also oversees the Central Aid Scholarship Foundation. This foundation was established to educate, advice and financially support the academic dreams of the children, youth and adults who pursue their academic dreams/go to school within any of the 50 States of America. Every year, the Ministry provides to every child and youth within the church, a tailored package containing grade-specific school supplies and a backpack. For college bound students, the Foundation provides the opportunity for students to request a non-refundable financial support to complete a 4-year college degree or Professional Certification program. The Ministry also provides school supplies to children in the community we serve who are not members of our congregation.

This Ministry focuses on the needs of married couples spiritually, socially, culturally, intellectually, financially and sentimentally. They help individuals grow together, and bring together the married couples in the church through fellowship in a well-structured Christian environment. They also help couples:

• To become better men and women of God (Joshua 22:5)
• To become better husbands and wives (1 Corinthians 7:1-40)
• To become better parents (Proverbs 22:6)
• To provide nurturing and support to the married couples and their families
• To plan to meet goals and objectives:
• To reflect and refine during annual retreats
• Celebrate wedding anniversaries

The Media Ministry is responsible for the production and marketing of sermons and other pre-recorded worship services. They handle the development and maintenance of our website, and the production of data to be aired on Radio and Television. They are also responsible for everything concerning visual and sound. The team includes the cameramen, sound engineers, audio technicians, and the PowerPoint operators. This group of dedicated church members ensure the proper functioning of all gadgets that are critical to the success of our worship services and special events.

The Central Aid Scholarship Program was established in 2010 by the Pastoral Board of the International Central Gospel Church Liberty Center with the primary goal of enhancing the socio-economic well being of church members and their dependents. For those under the sponsorship of the ICGC Liberty Center Welfare Ministry, the Central Aid Scholarship Program offers tuition assistance to church members and their dependents. Eligible candidates who are pursuing post-secondary education in an accredited institution may apply.

As the name implies, the role of our Welcome Ministry is to provide a warm, friendly and welcoming environment for anyone who visits our church. They meet with all new and first timers to the church, and provide follow-up ministry work long after service.

Members of our prayer ministry are individuals who have given their lives to offer consistent, insistent and persistent prayers for others. They are the backbone to the overall operation of the ministry of Pastor Seth Senanu Kpodo. This effective and dynamic prayer ministry includes our intercessors and prayer warriors. They pull the spiritual strings for the accomplishment of the vision of the Church, and the manifestation of the call on the Senior Pastor. The prayer ministry is the integral part of the Church that fulfills the Scripture, “I sought for a man among them that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap.” (Ezekiel 22:30).They have responded to the challenges of standing in the gap for the pastor, the congregation and our partners. They serve as the spiritual watchmen and watch women of the Church and handle without fear or favor, the prayer needs of the Church and her members.
